Good morning everyone,
RC195127 - PEGASUS GOLF LIMITED, LOCATED AT 11, 13 AND 15 TAERUTU LANE, PEGASUS.
This resource consent application is being publically notified this Saturday in the Christchurch Press and the Northern Outlook . The notification will be up on the Councils website Friday afternoon. Site notices will go up on Friday and the letters/application to the notified parties will be posted tomorrow. There are a number of overseas owners, so their letters will be sent today.
The application is for the construction & operation of a 3 storey hotel comprising 50 rooms, a restaurant and conference centre, associated earthworks and landscaping and on-site car parking at 11, 13 and 15 Taerutu Lane, Pegasus, having a total area of 6239m2 and legally described as Lots 50, 51 & 52 DP 417391. Vehicular access to and from the hotel will be from Taerutu Lane.
The proposal is a Discretionary Activity and has a split zoning, being Mapleham Rural 4B and Pegasus Rural in the Waimakariri District Plan.
