Invest in your community for $20/year
The purpose of the PRGI is to be a voice for Pegasus residents, ensuring their interests and concerns are heard in decision-making that affects our community, resulting in a happy, healthy, connected community and living environment.
We advocate on behalf of our members and Pegasus residents on key local issues like our lake, road safety, beach, dog park, and more.
We host community events and initiatives, manage the Pegasus Community Patrol, and support community projects. In partnership with the Waimakariri District Council, we also manage the Pegasus Community Centre, providing resources such as the Community Book Cave, local information, welcome bags for new residents, JP services, and more.
It costs just $20 per year (or part-year) to become a member of the Pegasus Residents’ Group.
Our financial year runs from 1 April to 31 March.
