Pegasus Property Covenants

Pegasus was developed in 13 stages by either Infinity Group or Todd Property. Each stage has a covenant that applies specifically.

The covenants exist in perpetuity, having no end date and are not transferred with change of ownership - each covenant is attached to the property's land. 

 

What is a covenant? Covenants are positive or restrictive rules that impact how property owners can use their property. Read more about them on the Land Information New Zealand website.
