The PRGI Directory reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

By listing on the PRGI Directory website, the PRGI Committee and members are not endorsing your goods or services. The PRGI Committee are not restricting who lists on the PRGI Directory unless the listing breaches the terms and conditions for inappropriate contect.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pegasus Residents Group Incorporated from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this website or from any breach by you of the Terms and Conditions.

 

Terms and Conditions​

PRGI Directory reserves the right to remove and/or not publish a listing that contains inappropriate content. If your listing is removed for any inappropriate content, the PRGI Committee has the discretion to refund your money. Inappropriate content includes;

1. threats of violence;

2. bullying or harassment;

3. uploading any nude images, pornography or other graphic content;

4. promoting or inciting discriminatory, prejudicial or unlawful behaviour;

5. promotion or lobbying of political beliefs;

6. any content that contravenes the provisions of applicable legislation including, but not limited to, the Privacy Act 1993 and the Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015; or

7. any other content that PRGI Committee might from time to time acting reasonably determine is inappropriate.
    

Eligibility​

Businesses or groups looking to list on the PRGI Directory are required to meet the primary purposes of the PRGI in respect to the Pegasus Township, namely to;

1. provide services or goods to the benefit of Pegasus Town residents;

2. be operating to promote the benefits of Pegasus Township;

3. with a preference for businesses to be located in, or near, Pegasus Township.

 

Payment​

Payment is required before your listing is published on the PRGI Directory website. The listing is for one year and you will be sent an invoice prior to each annual anniversary for the listing to remain on PRGI Directory website. Failure to pay the renewal fee will result in the listing being permanently deleted and you will be required to complete a new application form and resubmit all information and imagery. Refunds for listings removed prior to the twelve month period will only be made at the discretion of the PRGI Committee.

 

Imagery​

We encourage you to include your logo in your listing. To ensure your logo can be added to your directory listing, please ensure that it meets the following requirements:

We encourage you to include a photo in your listing – it will attract attention to your listing. You can do this by uploading files when completing the directory listing application form. As there will be limited modification of any photos provided, please ensure your photos meet the following requirements. Any photos that do not met the below requirements will be removed at the discretion of PRGI.

By providing your photo you are agreeing to our process. Photos will be uploaded onto the PRGI directory website and linked to your listing. Photos will be set so that anyone can view them. Photos will be resized or restricted in number due to website restrictions. PRGI may use your photo for District and business promotional purposes both in print and electronic formats.

Your responsibility

1. You are responsible for your information listed on the PRGI Directory to ensure it is correct. Amendments to the PRGI Directory listing can be requested by emailing the details to prgi@pegasusresidentsgroup.com. If the amendments are substantial, the PGRI reserves the right to invoice you for the time and cost to make the changes.

2. To the extent that you are in trade, and are using the Directory in trade, you also agree to contract out of section 9, 12A, and 13 of the Fair Trading Act 1986 and that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply. However, the foregoing will only apply to the extent this is legally permitted.

3. You are not permitted to upload any files that contain computer worms, viruses or other types of malicious or harmful programs.

4. You are not permitted to use the PRGI Directory to engage in misleading or deceptive practices.

5. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of the service, including all logos, branding and images without the express written permission from the PRGI Committee.

6. Pay as required by these Terms and Conditions.

 

Suspension​

We may suspend or cease your use of the PRGI Directory at any time by notifying you in writing, if you breach these Terms or we reasonably believe that you no longer meet the Directory Terms and Conditions (including as updated from time to time). We may also cease your use of the Directory on reasonable notice if we stop making the Directory generally available.
