"The essence of the story regarding lake condition is that it is fine for swimming (i.e. “primary” contact) at the moment, but we cannot be confident that it will remain that way forever. “Secondary” contact is OK for wading, boating, etc. From a communications point of view, this is something that needs to be understood by Pegasus residents and those considering buying houses or sections there.
