IMPORTANT NEWS: As part of the Government’s Housing Intensification Changes Pegasus is on the list for rezoning from General Residential Zone to Medium Density Residential Zone. This means in Pegasus (and also Woodend/Ravenswood, Rangiora and Kaiapoi) the Council can enable the development of up to three residential units up to three storey's high.
