We hoped all the senior/Kaumātua residents who attended the Matariki Morning Tea at Pegasus Bay School on Tuesday 17 June, enjoyed the event. This is something we are thrilled to be part of with the school each year.
Special thanks to the Woodend Sefton Community Board who funded the delicious morning tea, and to our PRGI committee members and volunteers who helped run it. The Pegasus Good Home made all the delicous scones and muffins!
It was wonderful to see tamariki and kaumātua come together to celebrate this special time. The performances were fantastic and you could tell the children had worked very hard in the lead up to the event.
Shout-out to the amazing teachers for all their behind-the-scenes mahi on costumes, rehearsals, and more!
