Booking the centre
The facility is available to be booked for events, community services or groups, special functions, conferences, training, or meetings.
The Waimakariri District Council (WDC) manages all the bookings for the centre.

There are a variety of different sized rooms to choose from. If you would like a tour of the centre, get in touch with our PRGI PCC Sub-Committee team and they will show you around the facility. Or stop in during our regular hours.

The Infinity Foyer
This is a shared space for users of the venue - exclusive use is not available. The Pegasus Community Centre Sub Committee coordinate a group of volunteers who staff the centre in this area on Monday's 2 - 4pm, Wednesday's and Saturday's 10.00 - 12noon.
During these times, the public have access to free books and jigsaws via our Community Book Cave and can access information about Pegasus and the surrounding areas. There is also a wide range of information on local community and social services available to support our community.

Rooms available for hire
The Big Room
Large, carpeted room often used for movement activities or events that require more space. See the Events & Activities page for examples. This room holds up to 50 people. This room has an adjoined kitchenette (see photos), and has heating, cooling, whiteboard, tables, chairs, projector & screen.

The Todd Room
This room is a good conference room for up to 16 people. This room has heating, cooling, whiteboard, use of the kichenette, tables, and chairs. There is a projector available to use which sits in the infinity foyer and can be wheeled into the Todd Room if you wish to utilise it.

The Southern Capital Room
This room is a small office for up to 6 people. This room has heating, cooling, table and chairs, couch seating and a washbasin.
