To commemorate Children's Day, the Pegasus Residents Group together with the Waimakariri District Council invites you to an afternoon filled with creativity at the Pegasus Community Centre.
Come on down and decorate your very own fairy door or house! We have 30 available to do and if we run out, we have some rocks that can be painted up. After you've brought your creation to life, head to the Pegasus Beach forest, and secure your fairy doors/house to trees or place your rocks - our team will be there to help (map below).
It's a wonderful opportunity to add a touch of magic to our local forest and enjoy a fun gathering with fellow fairy enthusiasts. Please read all the details below.
NOTE: This is not a drop-and-go event - caregivers must stay with children at all times.

Times:
Creating at the community centre: 1:30pm to 3:30pm
From 3.30pm onwards: Caregivers and children can head to the new Fairy Forest and one of our team will help secure your door to special battens on the trees or show you where you can place your rocks.
